Layne Salvo, MSN, FNP-C
Layne has 10 years of nursing experience which began as an ER nurse in a level 1 trauma center before specializing and finding her passion in aesthetics. As a Nurse Practitioner, she is humbled to be able to work with patients to help them look and feel their best. Layne is constantly seeking out education and training from experienced injectors in the industry to stay up to date with new techniques while treating her patients with a “less is more” approach. Outside of work, Layne is married to her husband Aaron and together they have two children, James (8) and Madeline (7). She loves to spend time with friends and family, be outside, listen to audiobooks, and travel.
Katy Ludwig, MSN, FNP-C
Katy grew up in Phoenix, AZ and lives with her husband and two sons. She became a nurse in 2011 primarily working in the emergency room but also bounced around to the ICU. Katy graduated from Grand Canyon University in 2018 as a Family Nurse Practitioner and has since worked in primary care, urgent care, and with stem cell therapy. She was certified in functional medicine and incorporates that into her daily practice. She specializes in hormones, thyroid management, blood sugar dysregulation, functional medicine and neuromodulators.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, yoga, hiking, mostly anything outside! Fun fact: Katy and Layne have been friends since the sixth grade!
Natalie Kelterborn, LE, CLT
Natalie Kelterborn LE, CLT is a licensed esthetician and certified laser technician with almost 20 years experience in the industry! She is passionate about helping clients achieve their ideal skin and aging goals by using results driven treatments. Natalie lives in Chandler with her husband Phillip and their 2 boys. She spends her free time enjoying her family, working out, and chauffeuring the kids around town.
Aaron Salvo, MSN, RN
Aaron has been in healthcare for over 20 years with experience in EMS, ER in a level 1 trauma center, and in a leadership role before coming to LBC. Aaron found passion for health and wellness at an early age and believes nutrition is the foundation to achieving your optimal wellness and physic goals.
Aaron is a lifelong learner and is currently in school to be a Nurse Practitioner. In his free time he likes spending time with his family, weight training, archery, and riding dirt bikes.
Gwendolyn Dranchak
With a background in Patient Care Management, Gwendolyn has always appreciated the importance of education, health and community. She has found her place as LBC as their Practice Manager, as this role combines her love for customer connection, aesthetics, wellness, and operational excellence. Gwen is passionate about being a part of your experience and truly enjoys building personal relationships with our patients and team members.
Outside of LBC, she enjoys hot yoga, reading, and spending time with her husband, two kids (ages 6 and 8), and two doggies!
